Temporary lounge in front of Somerset House has "Olympic drinks"

The traditional restaurant Tom's Kitchen in Somerset House, where Casa Brasil is located in London, is fitted with a temporary lounge in front of the cultural center, with good music and good drinks to complement the Brazilian happy hour.

The novelty of the drinks menu is the section with "Olympic drinks." Besides 2012 Wenlock (mascot of the Games in London 2012) and 2012 Mandeville (mascot of the Games in London 2012), the Rio 2016 and The Diamond (Diamond), the last one inspired by the 60-year reign of Queen Elizabeth II, can also be ordered.

 

According to management, the ones that have emerged during the London Games are the Rio 2016 and the 2012 Mandeville. The first is made with brazilian 'cachaça', fresh melon and passion fruit juice and the second with a mixture of gin, lime juice, wine and elderflower.
